My name is Amgad (Omie) Hanna and I am a Certified, Licensed Home Inspector, Mold Inspector, and Home Improvement Specialist serving all of Washington State (lic#2244). I grew up in the Northwest and enjoy spending time outdoors as one of my many hobbies. Some of my hobbies are woodworking, building decks and fences, and gardening which allows me to be creative and get my hands dirty. In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking, fishing, and spending time with my family.

I take immense pride in my craft and I work very hard for my clients. I take the time to educate them on this very important part of the home buying and selling process.
